What is EMS?

EMS: “Electrical Muscle Stimulation” is an internationally accepted and proven way of treating muscular injuries. It works by sending electronic pulses to the muscle needing treatment; this causes the muscle to exercise passively. When the muscle receives this signal it contracts as if the brain has sent the signal itself. As the signal strength increases, the muscle flexes as in physical exercise. Then when the pulse ceases, the muscle relaxes and the cycle starts over again, (Stimulation, Contraction and Relaxation.)

Kegel Exercise

KEGEL Exercise is a simple clench-and-release exercises that people can do to make the muscles under the uterus, bladder, and bowel (large intestine) stronger. Help both men and women who have problems with urine leakage or bowel control.

Incontinence

Incontinence issues are usually coming as people getting older, women after pregnancy, vaginal delivery, gynecologic surgery, or men after prostate surgery. Stress Incontinence is associated with the leakage of small amounts of urine during sneezing, coughing and other activities which increase the pressure in the abdomen. Urge Incontinence is an overactive bladder cause leakage of large amounts of urine at unexpected times, including sleep. By practicing KEGEL exercises, the simple clench-and-release exercise, you can make the muscles of the pelvic floor stronger and improve the incontinence issues.
